Points set forth on Shipper's executed Transportation
Service Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
Transporter will receive Gas for the account of any firm
Shipper, up to the amount of Shipper's respective specified

Shipper must concurrently relinquish an equivalent amount of

with Sections 27.2(a), 27.2(b), 27.2(c), or 27.2(d) is not
available for amendment, unless such capacity is not awarded
at the end of the posting period.
Additionally, firm Shippers may, subject to Section 13 of
these General Terms and Conditions, nominate and schedule
Gas for Transportation to Secondary Receipt Points.
