4. QUALITY

4.1 Gas Quality at Delivery Point(s). The Gas delivered by

Transporter for Shipper at the Delivery Point(s):

(a) will be merchantable Natural Gas commercially free from

objectionable odors, solid matter, dust, gums, and gum

forming constituents, or any other substance which

interferes with its intended purpose, or causes interference

with the proper and safe operation of the lines, meters,

regulators, or other appliances through which it may flow;

(b) will contain not more than seven (7) pounds/MMcf of water;

temperature and pressure at which the Gas is delivered at

the Delivery Point;

(d) will not exceed a hydrocarbon dewpoint in excess of fifteen

degrees (15) Fahrenheit at pressures up to 800 psig;

(e) will contain not more than 0.2% by volume of oxygen;

(f) will contain not more than 3.0% by volume of carbon dioxide

or nitrogen;

(g) will contain not more than a combined total of 4.0% by

volume of inerts, including carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen

and any other inert compound;

(h) will contain not more than 0.25 grain of hydrogen sulfide

per 100 Cubic Feet of Gas (the Gas will not contain any

entrained hydrogen sulfide treatment chemical (solvent) or

its by-products);

(i) will contain not more than 0.3 grains of mercaptan sulfur

per 100 Cubic Feet of Gas;

(j) will contain not more than 0.75 grains of total sulfur per

100 Cubic Feet of Gas;
