3. QUALIFICATION FOR SERVICE

3.1 All Shippers requesting new interruptible Transportation service

must provide the information required by this Section 3 and submit

a Transportation service request in order to qualify for

interruptible Transportation service.

Any amendment to an existing Transportation service will be

requested by Shipper's submission of a new Transportation service

request indicating that the service requested is an amendment to

an existing service.

All completed Transportation service requests are to be submitted

via Transporter's Designated Site or in writing to:

Any request will include the information listed below. Shipper

will provide any additional information required by Transporter to
