3. QUALIFICATION FOR SERVICE (Continued)

3.1 (Continued)

(a) Gas Quantities: Shipper will provide the TMDQ stated in

Dth.

(b) Term: The proposed commencement and termination dates of

service for the Shipper.

(c) Facilities: Identification and location of any facilities to

be constructed or installed by any party affected by the

proposed Transportation service.

(d) Creditworthiness: Prior to execution of the Transportation

Service Agreement, Shipper will provide proof that it meets

Transporter's creditworthiness standards, as described in

Section 29 of the General Terms and Conditions of this

tariff. Any reference to this Section shall be deemed a

reference to Section 29 of the General Terms and Conditions

of this tariff.
