2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE (Continued)

2.3 Service rendered under this rate schedule is interruptible and

will be provided only when and to the extent that Transporter

determines capacity is available in its existing facilities.

Service rendered under this rate schedule is subject to

curtailment or interruption at any time. Service will be

performed only when Transporter has capacity available to provide

such Transportation without impairment to the service being

provided, up to TMDQ, or subject to Section 13 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this tariff, in excess of TMDQ, for any

customer which has contracted for firm Transportation service.
