ARTICLE III. RATE SCHEDULE
Customer shall pay Pipeline for all service, including gathering
service if applicable, rendered hereunder at the ___________ rate specified
under Pipeline's Rate Schedule VTS in the Currently Effective Rates, Sheet
Nos. 4 and 5 of Pipeline's Tariff as filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission, and as same may hereafter be legally amended or superseded.
Pipeline shall have the right from time to time, by the filing of a revised
rate schedule to increase or decrease rates, to change the form of the
applicable rate schedule and to take such other further action with respect
thereto without further consent by Customer, and such changes in rates and
other changes shall become the Rate Schedule and Terms and Conditions under
which the gas shall be transported hereunder. Customer shall have the right
to oppose any of the foregoing and to request reduction in rates to the extent
that Customer is legally permitted to do so under the Natural Gas Act. This
Agreement in all respects shall be and remain subject to the applicable
provisions of said Rate Schedule(s) and of the General Terms and Conditions of
Pipeline on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, all of which
are by this reference made a part hereof.
ARTICLE IV. POINTS OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY
Natural gas to be received by Pipeline from or for the account of
Customer for gathering and/or transportation hereunder shall be received at
the inlet side of the measuring station(s) at or near the following designated
points of receipt and natural gas to be delivered by Pipeline to or for the
account of Customer hereunder shall be delivered at the outlet side of the
measuring station(s) at or near the following designated points of delivery,
with the maximum daily receipt and delivery obligations and delivery pressure
indicated for each of such points of receipt and points of delivery:
