ARTICLE V. NOTICES

Notices to either party shall be sent by United States mail or

Western Union telegram addressed as follows:

Either party may change its address under this Article by written

notice to the other party.

ARTICLE VI. CONTROLLING LAW

The interpretation and performance of any service agreement under

this rate schedule shall be in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of

Kentucky, without recourse to the principles of conflict of laws.

ARTICLE VII. CANCELLATION OF PRIOR CONTRACTS

This Agreement supersedes and cancels, as of the effective date

of this Agreement, prior contract(s) between the parties hereto for the

interruptible gathering of the gas that is the subject of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement

to be signed by their respective Presidents or Vice Presidents thereto duly

authorized and their respective Secretaries or Assistant Secretaries, the day

and year first above written.
