Marketing Division Sales Service

4 TERM

The term provision for service hereunder shall be negotiated between

Pipeline and Customer, but shall not exceed 20 years from the execution of

the sales service agreement.

5. CURTAILMENT

Service under this Rate Schedule shall be subject to curtailment pursuant

to Section 14.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas

Tariff.
