5. GAS RESEARCH INSTITUTE FUNDING CHARGE ADJUSTMENT

The rates in this Rate Schedule for all sales to Customers which are not

interstate pipeline customers and which do not include in their rates a

charge for Research, Development, and Demonstration by Gas Research

Institute shall include a GRI funding charge as provided for in Section

28 of the General Terms and Conditions.

6. FERC ANNUAL FUNDING CHARGE ADJUSTMENT

The rates in this Rate Schedule for all sales to Customers shall include

an increment for an ACA funding charge as set out in Section 29 of the

General Terms and Conditions.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions set forth in this Tariff are

applicable to this Rate Schedule and are hereby made a part hereof,

including the Penalty provisions in Section 35.
