the Commission, and the provisions of this rate schedule.
STATE OF RATE
The rate for such service is 3.0› per Mcf plus the Annual Charge
Adjustment rate per Mcf.
ANNUAL CHARGE ADJUSTMENT
1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Annual Charge Adjustment
("ACA") Clause to collect from the transportation customers
of Jupiter Energy an ACA per-unit charge as specified by the
Commission. In Docket No. RM87-3-000 et seq., the Commis-
sion, acting pursuant to certain provisions of the Omnibus
Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986, provided for, among other
things, certain annual charges to be assessed by the Commis-
sion against pipeline companies, including Jupiter Energy, to
reimburse the Commission for costs incurred by the Commis-
sion. This ACA Clause provides for Jupiter Energy's recovery
of such charges.
2. Basis of the Annual Charge Adjustment. Jupiter Energy's ACA
rate will be the unit charge specified by the Commission for
the fiscal year October 1 through September 30 adjusted for
Jupiter Energy's pressure base. The unit charge will be ap-
plied to the rate for all gas transported by Jupiter Energy.
It is the intent of Jupiter Energy not to recover any of such
annual charges in a Natural Gas Act Section 4 general rate
change filing.
