3. Filing of Annual Charge Adjustment. Jupiter Energy will file

changes in the ACA rate each year at least 30

days prior to the proposed effective date. The proposed

effective date each year will be October 1.

4. Per Unit Charge. The ACA per-unit charge shall be .22› per

Dth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Except to the extent superseded by this rate schedule, the terms

and conditions of such service shall be as specified in the

applicable contract on file with the Commission.
