the period is not known or agreed upon, such correction

shall be for a period extending over one-half of the time

elapsed since the date of last test, not exceeding a

correction period of forty-five (45) days and shall be billed

or refunded pursuant to Section 6.4.

9.5 In the event a meter is out of service, or registering inaccurately,

the volume of gas being delivered shall be determined:

(a) By using the registration of any check meter or meters if

installed and accurately registering; or, in the absence of

such check meter or meters;

(b) By correcting the error if the percentage of error is

ascertainable by calibration, tests or mathematical

calculation; or if not determined under Sections 9.5(a) or

9.5(b), then;

(c) By estimating the quantity of delivery by deliveries during

periods under similar conditions when the meter was

registering accurately.

9.6 Centra shall preserve for a period of at least six (6) years all test

data, charts and similar records.
