ARTICLE IV - RATE SCHEDULES AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Contract and all terms and provisions contained or

incorporated herein are subject to the provisions of the Rate

Schedule HUB and of the General Terms and Conditions of

Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff as such may be revised or

superseded from time to time, which Rate Schedule HUB and

General Terms and Conditions are by this reference made a part

hereof. All of the terms defined in Rate Schedule HUB and

Transporter’s Tariff shall have the same meaning wherever used

in this Contract.

ARTICLE V - TERM

1. The Commencement Date shall be [date].

2. This Contract shall be effective as of the date first

hereinabove written; provided, however, that Transporter shall

be under no obligation to provide Hub Service hereunder and

Shipper shall be under no obligation for any payments hereunder

prior to the Commencement Date.

3. This Contract shall continue in force and effect for a

primary term of one (1) year from the Commencement Date, and

from year to year thereafter unless either party terminates this

Contract by giving ninety (90) days notice to the other party.
