31. COMPLIANCE WITH NAESB STANDARDS.

Transporter has adopted all of the Business Practices and

Electronic Communications Standards which are required by the

Commission in 18 CFR Section 284.12 (a) in accordance with

Order No. 587, et al. In addition to those NAESB WGQ standards

elsewhere referred to in the tariff, Transporter is

incorporating herein the following NAESB WGQ Version 1.8

standards, definitions, and data sets, by reference:
