2.48 Lateral Service. The term "Lateral Service" shall

mean service via a contract between Shipper and Transporter

where the contract is of one of the following types:

a) an executed Gas Transportation Contract for

Firm Reserved Service having a primary Receipt Point and primary

Delivery Point on the same Lateral or on Laterals which are

physically connected to each other,

b) a Blanket Capacity Release Replacement Contract

for firm capacity that was released from a contract meeting the

definition of section (a) herein.

2.49 Conforming Gas Quality. Conforming Gas Quality

shall mean the range of gas quality that Transporter must accept

by or on behalf of Shipper at the Receipt Points(s) and make

available to or on behalf of Shipper at the Delivery Point(s) on

Transporter’s system. Transporter shall endeavor, but shall not

be obligated, to accept gas which falls outside this range.
