20.3 NON-CONFORMING GAS

If at any time, gas tendered under an Agreement shall

fail to conform to any of the quality specifications set forth

above the receiving party may, at its option exercised on a non-

discriminatory basis, refuse to accept delivery pending correction

of the deficiency by the delivering party.

20.4 POSTING OF GAS QUALITY INFORMATION

Horizon posts information on gas quality on its system

as described in Section 14.1(a) of these General Terms and

Conditions.
