19. PRESSURE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

19.1 RECEIPT POINT PRESSURE

Shipper shall deliver gas to Horizon at the pressure

prevailing in Horizon's System at the Receipt Point, as such

pressure may vary from time to time.

19.2 DELIVERY POINT PRESSURE

Horizon shall deliver natural gas to Shipper at the

Delivery Point at the pressure available in Horizon's pipeline at

such point.
