GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(b) An open season shall consist of: (1) a one (1)

hour period on a Business Day between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Central Clock Time or (2) any number (no fractions) of Business

Days running from 12:00 p.m. Central Clock Time on a Business Day

to 1:00 p.m. Central Clock Time on the following Business Day, as

requested by the Releasing Shipper in its Capacity Release

Request; provided, however, that any capacity release for a period

of one (1) year or longer must have an open season of at least

three (3) Business Days, each running from 12:00 p.m. Central

Clock Time on a Business Day to 1:00 p.m. Central Clock Time two

(2) Business Days later.

(c) A Releasing Shipper may not specify an extension

of an open season or the match period for a Prearranged Release.

Rather, the Releasing Shipper must submit a new Capacity Release

Request.

15.8 QUALIFIED BIDS FOR RELEASED CAPACITY RIGHTS

(a) At any time during an open season, a Qualified

Bidder may submit a Qualified Bid to Horizon's Interactive Website

(or in writing for posting on Horizon's Interactive Website if

Horizon's Interactive Website is unavailable for receiving

Qualified Bids) seeking released capacity rights under a Capacity

Release Request. In addition to being prequalified for credit

pursuant to Section 15.15, each Qualified Bid must include the

following:
