22. NOMINATIONS AND SCHEDULING OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
(Continued)
22.5 Hourly Changes in Nominations (continued)
Hourly nomination changes must be nominated and confirmed by
all affected parties via telephone to Transporter's Gas Control
Center as well as through IWS. Transporter shall schedule hourly
nomination changes at the next intra-day effective time, or the
next hourly scheduling opportunity if the nomination is received
after 5:00 p.m., and adjust the nomination so that the increase or
decrease in quantities (identified in Section 8 of Rate Schedules
FT-1, FT-NN, and IT-1) are based on the time when the adjustment
to gas flow was made rather than the effective time when the
nomination was made. The adjustment to gas flow means that the
Shipper may increase gas flow by a volume up to 1/24 of their
contractual Maximum Daily Quantity multiplied by the number of
hours remaining in the day. Shippers may also decrease gas flow
down to a volume equal to 1/24 of their scheduled volumes
multiplied by the number of hours of flow for that day.
22.6 Authorized Overrun Nominations
Shipper shall Nominate to Transporter in a separate
transaction the quantity of natural gas in dekatherms to be
scheduled and transported in excess of Shipper's contractual
entitlements. Subject to available capacity, such Authorized
Overrun Nomination shall be scheduled in accordance with
Transporter's Nomination procedures, set forth above.
