14. OPERATING INFORMATION AND ESTIMATES
At Transporter's request, any Shipper which has executed
a contract with Transporter will furnish to Transporter estimates
of the daily, monthly and annual quantities of natural gas which
Shipper desires Transporter to furnish or transport to Shipper.
15. LATERAL PIPELINE POLICY
Transporter shall not be obligated to build or
contribute to the cost of building any lateral pipelines to any
sales or transportation customer. For the purpose of this
provision, "lateral pipelines" are defined as pipelines connected
to Transporter's pipeline system for service to customers.
Nothing in this policy statement shall require Transporter to file
an application for a certificate of public convenience and
necessity under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act. Nothing in
this policy statement, further, shall prevent Transporter from
contesting an application for service filed pursuant to Section
7(a). Transporter reserves the right to seek a waiver of the
policy set forth herein, for good cause shown, during any
proceeding before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
instituted under Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act.
