2. QUALITY

The gas received by Transporter for Shipper's account, or

delivered by Transporter to Shipper, shall be natural gas,

conforming to the Quality specification as provided for in the

General Terms and Conditions of the gas tariffs of the upstream

pipelines that interconnect with Transporter's system.
