30.7 No Acceptable Offers. If Transporter receives no ac-

ceptable bids for the available capacity, or if Trans-

porter receives acceptable bids for only a portion of

the capacity, Transporter and the current Shipper may

negotiate the terms of a new transportation contract for

the remainder of the available capacity.
