27A. GAS INDUSTRY STANDARDS BOARD ("GISB")

Except where this tariff provides otherwise,

Transporter shall comply with the GISB principles,

definitions and standards incorporated in Section

284.10 of the Commission Regulations (18 C.F.R.,

284.10) in accordance with Order No. 587, et al.

promulgated by the FERC in Docket No. RM96-1. In

addition to those GISB definitions and standards

elsewhere referred to in the Tariff, the following GISB

Standards are hereby incorporated by reference to the
