27A. North American Energy Standards Board ("NAESB")

Except where this tariff provides otherwise, Transporter shall

comply with the NAESB principles, definitions, and standards

incorporated in Section 284.12 of the Commission's Regulations (18

C.F.R. 284.12) in accordance with Order No. 587, et. al.

Promulgated by the FERC in Docket No. RM96-1. In addition to those

NAESB definitions and standards elsewhere referred to in the

Tariff, the following NAESB Standards are hereby incorporated by

reference to the NAESB Standard Number and Version, into

Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff.
