25. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE REQUESTS (continued)

25.3 If the gas to be transported is not for Shipper's system

supply, then on or before the date transportation ser-

vice commences Shipper shall:

(i) identify the name of the corporate entity or enti-

ties which will ultimately receive the gas to be

transported, and

(ii) provide verification that the identified end-users

have executed purchase contracts related to the

transportation service to be provided under the

transportation contract(s).

25.4 No request for transportation from a receipt point or to

a delivery point shall be considered valid or be granted

if to do so would impair Transporter's ability to render

existing services pursuant to Transporter's firm service

rate schedules.

25.5 Prepayment: If requesting firm service, Shipper shall

make a prepayment by either check or wire transfer in an

amount equal to the Reservation Charges for one month's

service at the levels specified in Shipper's request.

If firm capacity is available and a transportation con-

tract is executed, then this amount, with interest,

shall be credited to Shipper's invoice for the first

month of the requested transportation service. If firm

capacity is not available, Transporter shall refund the

entire amount of the prepayment, with interest.
