24. ALLOCATION OF UPSTREAM TRANSPORTATION CAPACITY
24.1 Transporter shall allocate and assign its rights to firm
transportation and/or storage capacity under its con-
tracts with upstream pipelines, as related to and under-
lying Transporter's former CD sales service, to the for-
mer CD customers on the basis of each customer's Con-
tract Demand in effect immediately prior to the effec-
tive date of this tariff sheet.
24.2 All Shippers that were receiving gas services from
Transporter under storage and/or transportation rate
schedules shall receive a corresponding amount of stor-
age capacity and upstream transportation capacity in the
same proportion that each customer was initially allo-
cated capacity under the Certificate authorizing such
services.
24.3 Shippers receiving allocation and assignment of firm
transportation and/or storage capacity shall be respon-
sible for all upstream pipeline transition costs charges
associated with such capacity, including but not limited
to gas supply realignment costs and Take-or-Pay costs,
effective on the implementation date of Transporter's
filing in FERC Docket No. RS93-1.
