14. OPERATING INFORMATION AND ESTIMATES
At Transporter's request, any Shipper which has executed a
contract with Transporter will furnish to Transporter esti-
mates of the daily, monthly and annual quantities of natural
gas which Shipper desires Transporter to furnish or transport
to Shipper.
15. LATERAL PIPELINE POLICY
Transporter shall not be obligated to build or contribute to
the cost of building any lateral pipelines to any sales or
transportation customer. For the purpose of this provision,
"lateral pipelines" are defined as pipelines connected to
Transporter's pipeline system for service to customers.
Nothing in this policy statement shall require Transporter to
file an application for a certificate of public convenience
and necessity under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act.
Nothing in this policy statement, further, shall prevent
Transporter from contesting an application for service filed
pursuant to Section 7(a). Transporter reserves the right to
seek a waiver of the policy set forth herein, for good cause
shown, during any proceeding before the Federal Energy Regula-
tory Commission instituted under Section 7 of the Natural Gas
Act.
