8. PRESSURES AND AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY POINT

Unless otherwise provided in the applicable rate schedule, or

transportation contract, this Article 8 shall apply to all

transportation services. Transporter shall make available to

each Shipper one or more delivery points on its pipeline

system, the exact number to be determined by mutual agreement

between Transporter and Shipper made with respect to the

operating conditions involved.

Shipper shall deliver natural gas to Transporter at the pres-

sure required from time to time to enable the gas to enter

Transporter's facilities at the Receipt Point(s). Transporter

shall deliver gas to Shipper or Shipper's designees at

Transporter's line pressure existing at the Delivery Point(s).
