1.7(b) The term "Confirming Party" is Service Provider

(including a Point Operator) which provides a

confirmation for a quantity of gas via the

information outlined in GISB Standard 1.4.4 to

another Service Provider (the Confirmation

Requester) with respect to a nomination at a

location.

1.7(c) The term "Confirming Parties" refers to the

Confirmation Requester and the Confirming Party.

1.7(d) The term "Confirmation Requester" is a Service

Provider (including a Point Operator) which is

seeking to confirm a quantity of gas via the

information outlined in GISB Standard 1.4.3 with

another Service Provider (the Confirming Party)

with respect to a nomination at a location.

1.7(e) The term "Contract Demand," where used herein or in

a gas sales contract, shall mean the quantity of

natural gas specified in such contract which

Transporter obligates itself to be ready to deliver

daily to Shipper.

1.8 The term "Cubic Foot" shall mean the volume of gas which

occupies one cubic foot when such gas is at a temperature

of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and at a pressure of

thirty-three hundredths (0.33) pounds per square inch

above an assumed atmospheric pressure of fourteen and

four-tenths (14.4) pounds per square inch (fourteen and

seventy three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch

absolute).
