3. Scheduling and Confirmation by Operator

The Delivery Point Operator will confirm the nominations of

the quantities to be scheduled at delivery points. The Deliv-

ery Point Operator will notify Transporter and the affected

Shipper, via Transporter's EBB, within the time specified for

confirmation in the General Terms and Conditions of any change

in the nomination by the Shipper to confirmed nominations

scheduled for delivery.
