charges to be billed by National over the twelve month period
November 1993 - October 1994, pursuant to its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1 and are subject to carrying charges calculated
pursuant to the Commission's Regulations. Customers may elect to
pay their share of the outstanding balance of National's charges in
a lump sum payment.
