1994 - February 1995, pursuant to its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth
Revised Volume No. 1 and are subject to carrying charges calculated
pursuant to the Commission's Regulations. Customers may elect to
pay their share of the outstanding balance of Algonquin's charges in
a lump sum payment.
