32B. ELECTRIC POWER COST RECOVERY SURCHARGE

32B.1 General

This section specifies the procedure to be utilized to establish

and adjust the Electric Power Cost Recovery for all firm and

interruptible transportation services rendered in conjunction

with Transporter's applicable Rate Schedules.

Transporter's Electric Power Cost Recovery Surcharge shall be

adjusted for the variance between estimated and actual Electric

Power Costs and for the variance between Estimated and Actual

Volumes on Transporter's system.

32B.2 Filing Procedure

At least thirty (30) days prior to each April 1 and November 1,

which are the beginning dates for each Seasonal Period,

Transporter shall file with the Commission adjustments to reflect

changes in the Electric Power Cost Recovery Surcharge.

32B.3 Definitions

(a) Seasonal Period - The seven-month period beginning each

April 1 and ending each October 31 (summer period), or the

five-month period beginning each November 1 and ending each

March 31 (winter period).

(b) Actual Volumes - Volumes (in dekatherms) over which Transporter

actually collected the Electric Power Cost Surcharge during

the most prior Seasonal Period.
