29.9 No Third-Party Beneficiary
It is expressly agreed that there is no third-party
beneficiary of any agreement, and that the provisions of
any Service Agreement and these General Terms and
Conditions do not impart enforceable rights in anyone who
is not a party or successor or assignee of any party to a
Service Agreement herein.
29.10 Off-System Capacity
Transporter may, from time to time, enter into agreements
with other interstate or intrastate pipeline companies for
capacity (off-system capacity). In the event that
Transporter acquires off-system capacity, Transporter will
provide service to Shippers with the off-system capacity
pursuant to Transporter's open access tariff and subject to
Transporter's Commission-approved rates, as such tariff and
rates may change from time to time. For purposes of
transactions entered into subject to this Section 29.10,
the "shipper must have title" requirement is waived.
