15.3 Rate Schedule(s) FT-2 and IT-2 Shippers shall have the

right to take up to the following hourly Scheduled Quantity

on a daily basis. Such hourly Scheduled Quantity may not

coincide with a "Day" but rather shall commence upon a

Shipper's receipt of confirmation of the Scheduled Quantity

pursuant to Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions

of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff:
