10.5 Creditworthiness Notices (Continued)
(4) After Transporter's receipt of Shipper's request
for re-evaluation, including all required
information ("Shipper's Request"), within five
(5) Business Days, Transporter shall provide a
written response to Shipper's Request. Such
written response shall include either a
determination of creditworthiness status, clearly
stating the reason(s) for Transporter's decision,
or an explanation supporting a future date, which
a re-evaluation determination will be made. In
no event shall such re-evaluation determination
exceed twenty (20) Business Days from the date of
the receipt of the Shipper's Request unless
specified in Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff or if
the parties mutually agree to some later date.

(5) Regarding capacity release transactions,
Transporter shall provide the original Releasing
Shipper with Internet E-mail notification
reasonably proximate in time with any of the
following formal notices given by Transporter to
the Releasing Shipper's Replacement Shipper(s),
of the following:
(i) Notice to the Replacement Shipper regarding the
Replacement Shipper's past due, deficiency, or
default status pursuant to this Section 10 and
Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff;
(ii) Notice to the Replacement Shipper regarding the
Replacement Shipper's suspension of service
notice;
