(2) an advance deposit, a standby irrevocable

letter of credit, a security interest in

collateral found to be satisfactory to

Transporter or a guarantee, acceptable to

Transporter, by another person or entity

which satisfies the credit appraisal for

service pursuant to its interruptible

service agreement, or

(3) other security acceptable to Transporter.
