and transport the Natural Gas at some point

during the transaction of which the

transportation by Transporter is a part; or

(2) will hold title to the Natural Gas at some

point for a purpose related to its status and

functions as a local distribution company or

intrastate pipeline; or (3) that the Natural Gas

will be delivered to a Shipper that is located

within the local distribution company's service

area and the transportation is being provided on

its behalf; or (4) that the Natural Gas will be

delivered to a Shipper that is physically able to

receive direct deliveries of Natural Gas from the

intrastate pipeline and the transportation is

being provided on its behalf.

10.3 Creditworthiness

Transporter shall apply, on a non-discriminatory basis,

consistent financial evaluation standards to determine the

acceptability of a Shipper's overall financial condition.

Such credit appraisal and any further or ongoing credit

appraisal as may be necessary shall be based mainly upon

the information and criteria listed in (a)-(c) below.
