RATE SCHEDULE FT-2 (Continued)

FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

8. TRANSPORTER'S USE GAS

Shipper shall provide at the Point(s) of Receipt, Transporter's

Use Gas in-kind, as may be set forth and in effect from time to

time on the Statement of Rates of Transporter's Tariff.

9. BILLING AND PAYMENT

The monthly bill for Natural Gas transportation under this Rate

Schedule shall be equal to the sum of the charges set forth in

Section(s) 5, 6, and 7 of this Rate Schedule and pursuant to

Section 8 of the GT&C.

10. RELEASE OF FIRM CAPACITY

Any Shipper receiving service under this Rate Schedule FT-2 shall

have the right on a permanent or temporary basis to release its

firm capacity rights in accordance with Section 21 of the GT&C.

11. DETERMINATION OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

Receipts and deliveries of Natural Gas under this Rate

Schedule FT-2 shall be determined in accordance with the

provisions of Section 13 of the GT&C.

12. IMPAIRMENT OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES

In the event that Transporter, on any Day, is unable to receive

and/or deliver the total Scheduled Quantities of all Shippers

under any Rate Schedule of Transporter's Tariff, Transporter shall

limit receipts and/or deliveries of Natural Gas in accordance with

Section 12 of the GT&C.

13. OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY

Transporter reserves the right to take actions as may be required

to preserve the integrity of Transporter's Pipeline Facilities,

including maintenance of service to other Shippers in accordance

with Section 12 of the GT&C.
