(c) Transporter shall schedule receipts and deliveries of gas for

shippers in a sequence that is the reverse of the order in which

capacity is curtailed pursuant to Section 15.1 of these General

Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that Transporter shall

notify each Shipper whose interruptible or overrun service would

not be scheduled only because its service agreement specifies a

discounted rate, and provided such Shipper with one opportunity

to offer to pay a higher rate. If such Shipper agrees to pay a

higher rate within the time period specified by Transporter in

its notice to Shipper (which shall in no event be less than two

(2) hours, such Shipper's nomination will have the scheduling

priority commensurate with such higher rate.
