6. RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 As between the parties hereto, Shipper shall be deemed to be in

control and possession of the gas prior to delivery at the Receipt

Point and after delivery at the Delivery Point, and Transporter shall

be deemed to be in control and possession of the gas transported

hereunder after delivery at the Receipt Point and prior to delivery at

the Delivery Point. Each party shall have responsibility for gas

handled hereunder or for anything which may be done, happen or arise

with respect to such gas, only when such gas is in its control and

possession.
