(i) A statement that Shipper will have title to the gas to be

transported and has entered into or will enter into all

necessary arrangements to ensure that all upstream and

downstream transportation will be in place prior to

commencement of service; and

(j) Documentation of Shipper's credit worthiness as provided in

Section 7.5.
