This Agreement shall be effective as of the date listed above and shall continue in full force

and effect for a term ending ______________. This Agreement shall continue following expiration

of the primary term, subject to cancellation by either party upon one month written notice.

Rates shall be Great Lakes' maximum rates and charges plus all applicable surcharges in effect

from time to time under the applicable Rate Schedule (as stated above) on file with the

Commission unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.

11. EFFECT ON PREVIOUS CONTRACTS:

This Agreement supersedes, cancels and terminates, as of the effective date stated above, the
