17.3 Remittance to GRI

Transporter shall remit to GRI, not later than fifteen (15) days after the receipt thereof, the

amount of all voluntary GRI contributions received along with a listing by Shipper of such

voluntary contributions as provided in Subsection 17.2, including any identified project or

project areas.
