c) Transporter shall respond by telephone within 48 hours to any complaint filed pursuant to

subsection (b) above. The response shall advise the Shipper of the status of the

complaint. Within 30 Days of the date of receipt of the complaint, Transporter shall

respond in writing to the Shipper, stating the disposition of the complaint.

d) If the Shipper is unsatisfied with the response to the complaint provided under subsection

(c) above, the Shipper may resubmit the complaint, in the same form as provided in

subsection (b) above, to Transporter's Vice President, Finance, at the address specified in

subsection (b)(iv) above. The Vice President will use his/her best efforts to review and to

respond to the resubmitted complaint within 30 Days of its receipt.

e) This Section shall not limit any party's rights under the Commission's rules and

regulations.
