(a) provide nominations pursuant to the

applicable Rate Schedule and these General Terms

and Conditions; (b) release capacity and submit

a bid for released capacity in accordance with

Section 14 of these General Terms and

Conditions;(c) exercise a Right of First Refusal

as an existing Shipper pursuant to Section 15 of

these General Terms and Conditions or submit a

bid as a Potential Shipper under such section;

(d) post imbalances in accordance with

Section 13 of these General Terms and

Conditions; (e) request capacity in accordance

with Section 14(G) of these General Terms and

Conditions.

Customer Electronic System.
