delivered each hour. The Uniform Hourly Rate of
Flow shall be equal to the Confirmed Nominations
for the day divided by the number of hours the
nomination is requested to be in effect. For
purposes of this Section the term "Hour" shall
mean each period of sixty (60) consecutive
minutes during a day beginning at 9:00 a.m.,

2. QUALITY
