Measured Quantity used for the purpose of balancing the amount of
gas received by Transporter at the Receipt Point/s with the
amount of gas delivered by Transporter for Shipper's account at
the Delivery Points. The Balancing Unit shall be reported in
Dekatherm’s.
1.15 “Customer Electronic System” shall refer to all electronic
communication activities, excluding EDI, required to support a
Customer’s needs whether developed and maintained internally by
Transporter or provided through and unaffiliated third party on
behalf of Transporter.
1.16 “EDI” shall mean Electronic Data Interchange in accordance with
GISB Standards. EDI will be available on a non-discriminatory
basis to any party. A trading partner agreement(s) between
Transporter and such party is required for electronic
transmission of data.
