6. SCHEDULING AND CURTAILMENT
6.1 Scheduling Capacity during a Start of Day Nomination Cycle.
(a) Transporter shall allocate its pipeline capacity as well as
each Receipt Point and each Delivery Point capacity on the
basis of the priority classes listed in Section 5 above as
follows:
(i) prorata for Priority Class One nominations; then
(ii) prorata for Priority Class Two; then
(iii) prorata for Priority Class Three; then
(iv) on the basis of Confirmed Price for Priority Class
Four; then
(v) make-up Gas for FTS Agreements, then make-up Gas for
ITS Agreements.
(b) Ties within any Priority Class shall be allocated pro rata
based on nominations.
6.2 Scheduling Available Capacity during an Intra-day Nomination
Cycle. Transporter shall schedule available capacity during each
of the Intra-day Nomination Cycles in accordance with Section 6.1
above. Bumping of service is not allowed during the Intra-Day 2
Nomination Cycle which is effective at 9:00 p.m. CCT on the same
Service Day and all cycles thereafter for the remainder of the
Service Day.
