5. COMMISSION AND OTHER REGULATORY FEES

Shippers will reimburse Transporter for any separately stated fees

required by the Commission or any other federal or state regulatory

body.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff are

specifically incorporated into this Rate Schedule.
